Second Skin agency has been supplying actors, physical performers, skin artists, animatronics operators, puppeteers, movement consultants and directors to the film, TV and Theatre industry for the past 10 years.

Initially established in 1998, our first major brief was to source skin artists, animatronics operator and voices for BBC’s THE TWEENIES which went on to win a BAFTA for best children’s show and has sold to over 50 countries worldwide. Since then we have provided actors, voice-over artist presenters and performers across the board for TV shows including DR WHO, BUNNY TOWN, MR MAKER, GET SQUIGGLING, SMILE, BEAR BEHAVING BADLY, NUMBERJACKS, FIMBLES, ROLY MO, MIGHTY TRUCK OF STUFF, TORCHWOOD, YOUNG DRACULA, THE BAAAS, TIKABILLA, DINOTOPIA, STORY MAKERS, SPACE PIRATES, VITAL SIGNS, INSIDE OUT, and ROGUE TRADERS. FILM includes 1408, HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY, BLADE II, INKHEART, 28 WEEKS LATER, 101 AND 102 DALMATIONS and CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY.

We have also provided performers for numerous adverts as well as
placing clients in a multitude of corporate videos, idents
and internet virals.
