SAMANTHA DODD is a very versatile actress
with an excellent vocal range and strong physical theatre skills.
She is experienced with mask work and has worked with many
animatronics costumes. She can be currently seen playing NIC
SPENGLER in the SKY + SPENGLER FAMILY series of adverts.
TV work includes both series of GET SQUIGGLING for CBEEBIES
where she plays the title role of SQUIGGLIT the art loving
monster, IGLIG THE ALIEN in CBBC’s show SCOOP, JAAASON
BAAA in S4C’s series THE BAAAS, and BIG WORM in Darrall
McQueen’s SMALL SEEDS, BIG WORMS.Other TV work includes
JAKE in all three series of THE TWEENIES and BABY POM in THE
FIMBLES for CBEEBIES. She has also been involved in new pilot
children’s show playing various characters using MOCAP
