Shani is an award-winning comedy writer,
having won a Best New Work award for her one-woman show, KULCHA
about 1970’s culture and Punk Rock. Her television credits
include the pilot sketch show HAVE I GOT A GIRL FOR YOU! and
she is currently co-writing an adapatation for a six-part serial,
THE REAL ADVENTURES OF CYRANO DE BERGERAC. Other work includes
development scripts for for the BBC series MY FAMILY and DOWN
IN UPPER SMACKHAM for Radio 4. Shani has also had her own monthly
column in Total Theatre magazine, has regularly reviewed shows
for The Stage and done copywriting for various corporate videos.
