Simon has written many episodes and
songs for top-rating programmes Tweenies and Fimbles, both
for the BBC. He also wrote for Planet Cook, a live-action cookery-adventure
show for 6 to 9 year olds. Pre-school writing credits include
Top TV’s Big Cook Little Cook for Cbeebies, three series
of BBC Wales’ popular animation Bobinogs, Woolamaloo
for Five, All New Fun Song Factory for GMTV, and the pilot
episode of Dr Poppy (animation) for Multi Media Arts. He has
written countless song lyrics, and co-written a sitcom and
a number of devised theatre productions.
